how do I know if my order has been placed?

After you place an order you will be sent an order confirmation via email

how do I track my package?

when your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number

how long until my order is delivered?

please expect 3-5 days until delivery and 1-2 weeks for international delivery
